In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm MYT are processed the following business day.

Each pre-order piece is either freshly produced or specially curated for your batch, ensuring it meets MOLE's premium standard before leaving our hands.
Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order): To minimise our environmental footprint, all items in one order ship together once everything is ready. For faster delivery of in-stock pieces, please place them as a separate order.
Address changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order, before dispatch is confirmed.
