04 — Shipping, IP, Liability & Law

Shipping: West Malaysia RM8 (below RM250), East Malaysia RM15 (below RM250). RM250+ = free shipping for all Malaysia. Delivery dates are estimates. MOLE is not liable for courier or customs delays.

Intellectual Property: All website content is the exclusive property of MOLE Premium Wear. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes subject to Malaysian courts. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
