- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion

- All products are subject to availability
Orders & Payment
- An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched
- We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability
- All payments must be completed in full before dispatch
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods shown at checkout
Payment Security: All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. MOLE does not store, access, or have visibility of your full card number at any point.
Pre-Orders & Back Orders
- Pre-order items are processed immediately upon payment and cannot be cancelled
- Estimated dispatch times are provided in good faith and may be subject to change
- Pre-order items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable
- Back order items follow a separate dispatch timeline as communicated on the product page

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. MOLE is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges

- Exchanges accepted within 7 days of receipt for eligible items
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached
- Non-eligible items: pre-orders, sale items, personalised products
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
