We offer a 7-day exchange for store credit from the date of receipt. Store credit never expires.

Item must be:

Unworn & unused — no signs of wear, washing, or fragrance
Original tags attached and undamaged
Original packaging with proof of purchase

Refund Policy — All Scenarios

Store Credit Wrong size (customer's choice), change of mind, doesn't like it
Replacement Defective item, manufacturing fault, incorrect item dispatched
Not Eligible Pre-orders, sale items, colour difference due to screen variation, items without tags

Store credit never expires and can be used on any MOLE product with no minimum spend.

EU customers: A 14-day cooling-off period applies. Approved refunds processed within 10 business days to original payment method.
