Pre-order items are either produced or specially curated for each batch. This ensures every piece meets MOLE's premium standard. The 10–14 day window covers production, quality inspection, and preparation before dispatch.

To minimise our environmental footprint, mixed orders ship together once all items are ready. If you need your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing them as a separate order.

We offer a 7-day exchange for store credit from the date you receive your order. The item must be unworn, tags intact, in original packaging. Pre-orders and sale items are not eligible. Email us to begin the process.

MOLE's standard policy is store credit, not cash. The only exception is for defective or incorrectly dispatched items, where a replacement is arranged. EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period with a cash refund option.
